I've spent fifteen years as the designer who builds the whole thing. Product, system, brand, go-to-market. At Teamflow I was the founding designer through Series B. At Vitally I rebuilt the product and the design system from scratch. At Sibi I lead a team of designers who can ship code.
I'm at my best in two moments: before product-market fit, when a product needs sharp framing and fast prototypes to find what matters, and after, when it needs real foundations so teams can move without breaking things.
