As Head of Design, I've led two stints here — first as lead designer building the product foundation, then returning to scale the team, build the marketing function from zero, and push into AI. I coded the self-serve onboarding myself, led Buscar from concept through our AI analytics layer, and built a six-person design team that ships in code.
